Love Begets..

This inevitable fleeting feeling is the reason for the sleepless nights, the curled toes on something wonderful, the butterflies on your stomach, the sparkle in your eyes, the reason for living, the surprises on anniversaries, the roses on Valentine’s day, your loud heartbeat, the sound of laughter, the smell of familiarity, and lastly, that giddy feeling when you know you have someone to share it with. Love is absolutely one of the greatest things out there and at the same time, the most horrible thing that could happen.

Love is the slope of your falling grades, the content of your tears, the reason for dying, the endless hurting, the sound of your heart breaking, the frown in your face, the anger in your heart, the feeling of loneliness, the reason for change. Love, while it is the most tremendous thing out there, it is fleeting. It never stays and for it to do so, you must always put fuel to the flame. You can never fully understand why it has to leave or why you lack so much of it. Love is so horribly beautiful that people crave so much of it without even thinking twice on how it works. The world revolves around it and soon enough, people won’t know what hit them.

Late Night Rants

I honestly have no idea what to do with my blog at the moment. I’m not sure whether to put it down or not, to make it an all out literary blog or stick with what I had before—a mix of photographs and literature. I am not too sure. I hope I can figure it out soon. It practically took me a year to ponder on this thought (or not, mainly because school’s been stealing most of my time that I can’t even go out anymore) but, anyway, I’m just rambling like I always do. Never mind me. Hope you’re all having a good night :)

Last night was the start of our summer. After our last final exams, we went out to our friend’s house to celebrate the end of the school year and two of our friends’ birthdays. We had all the night to ourselves with all the swimming and eating and drinking. Last night was the start of something new and something old at the same time. It’s really heartwarming to have friends that you could count on even through rough times and, of course, the craziest of times.

We organized a surprise for our friends last night with all the balloons and customized cupcakes. It was really fun since we always plan surprises on everyone’s birthdays and all the celebration we had to do. We had the party after the end of the school year since we couldn’t have it this coming Holy Week. I really had the time of my life last night even though I was a little bit uncomfortable when I went home cos I probably drank too much but it’s cool. We are planning something amazing this summer and I’m looking forward to it. :-)

I’m not sure if I want to write a post about my non-existent-but-still-complicated love life so I guess I’ll just leave this on here so you guys know the gist of it. The only thing that I want to say about it is that..

I realized that I don’t really need a special someone to make me happy because I am happier now on my own.

Don’t waste your time searching for love. It will come to you when you learn to love yourself.

I just recently tweaked my blog a bit to make way for my new blog posts. Changes aren’t drastic, though, I’m still looking for another neat theme. Let me know what you think about the new add-ons!

This is just one of the few photos I had during a modelling stint last October of 2012. It was such an honor to model the pieces that held the obvious effort of the designer. Richard Strandz and his team are very well known in Pampanga for their glamorous participations in fashion events as well as their salon which is located near McDonald’s AUF.

I am currently unequipped with weapons that compliment my text posts that is why I am unable to produce new content for my blog. It’s frustrating to love a certain thing but you are not anymore capable of professing it. Funny thing is that even if I do find the time to sneak my camera out, I wouldn’t be able to have the time to use it because of my studies. Ah, hobbies, so tempting to practice but not an ample time to put into actions. I will find time to capture photographs again. For the mean time, please, bare with my expressing of thoughts through literacy.

One of the things I like about the Internet is when I see these kinds of things. You can see that there are two subjects, namely, the photography enthusiast (a.k.a shutterbug) and the subject of the former. I admire the concept because it shows the innate desire of the person to place moments in still frames and that there are plenty more of ideas that you can create in terms of photography. Truly, this and a lot more, is an example of the saying; ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’.
